In this episode I’m talking with Rebekah King from Moonbeam Monday who shares who top tips for not just managing stress and anxiety, but eliminating it and sorting your life out so you can stop repeating those same old patterns and set yourself up for a successful 2024.


Rebekah King absolutely walks her talk. After significant traumas and years of depression and anxiety, and hitting the proverbial ‘rock bottom’. As luck would have it, she was introduced to Australia’s ‘Brain Untrainer’, who she now credits as having helped save her life. With her Coach’s help, Rebekah understood how her brain worked and what she could do to retrain her mind and change her life.


Now she helps others eliminate anxiety and smash the beliefs that hold them back from living their best life and she also is a big contributor to the community and helping those in less fortunate positions.
